Our Taiwan lead is based in Taiwan and deals with the local side directly. On your side, everything stays in Japanese. The time spent working out who to ask, the time spent waiting for a reply, the time spent checking whether both sides understood the same thing — having someone in the middle who talks to the Taiwanese side daily removes all three.

Three things that usually go wrong

None of this is really about language. It's about experience on site and how the team is put together. Knowing Taiwanese production, speaking the technical vocabulary, and consolidating both sides into one channel — with all three in place, decisions stop stalling on the day.

We're on site with you on the day

We price live work by the show, not by the hour. If the show runs late, we stay until the get-out is finished.

    hotel to airport, handover of anything outstanding

We take on the advance work too

How much room you have on the day is decided before you land. Advance contact with promoter, production company and venue, schedule alignment, confirming and passing on PA, lighting and staging requirements, translating running orders and set lists.

We can also assemble a team for the music itself — writing, composition, arrangement, sound production and scoring.

    Headline show at a large venue

    SITUATION

    There was a great deal to confirm technically between the Japanese and local crews, and every stall during rehearsal pushed the whole schedule back.

    Documents had not been shared thoroughly in advance, so we started with open questions still to be resolved on arrival.

    SITUATION

    The two sides run projects and sign off differently. Without someone in between aligning terms, the project would have stalled before it started.

    There was appetite on both sides, but nobody had settled who decided what, so messages simply went back and forth.
